PATH2LEAD
Introduced in 2023, Path2Lead is a dynamic leadership training program designed to unlock the potential within every student. Held outside the campus premises, the program offers an immersive environment where participants step out of their comfort zones and into opportunities for personal growth.
Through a series of interactive sessions, team challenges, and leadership activities, Path2Lead equips students with the skills, mindset, and confidence to become effective leaders, both within and beyond university life.
Open to any student at SLIIT, this program isn’t just about learning how to lead, it’s about discovering who you are, what you’re capable of, and how you can make a difference.
